The Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet will be held January 9, 2027 at 2:00 PM at the Moose Lodge in Minot.

 

This will include the 2026 financial report, election of officers, discussion of the 2027 rodeos, rules/concerns etc.

The award presentation will follow that evening starting with the social at 5:00 and Dinner @ 6:00.

More details to come as the time gets closer.

Contestants must be present to accept their award.

If someone cannot attend, they need to arrange for someone else to accept it on their behalf.
